As a government-owned defense company, Tomer provides a technology knowledge center of rocket propulsion for the State of Israel. It is ranked among the country’s leading defense companies, with IAI, Elbit Systems, and Rafael. 

Tomer is a subcontractor of IAI in the development and production of the Arrow Weapon System and rocket engines for the Shavit satellite launcher. 

As a subcontractor of Elbit Systems, Tomer takes part in the development and production of missile and rocket engines.

Tomer is a subcontractor of Rafael in the development and production of rocket engines for the Silver Sparrow target missile.
